Yesterday I hate tons of bad for you foods. Last night I felt physically terrible (forget mentally) and today I feel like I am hungover even though I didn't have one drop of alcohol. I am lethargic, cranky and just an overall mess. Anyone else feel this way? Thoughts or suggestions to not feel like this anymore! I guess the saying is true "you are what you eat". Eat like crap feel like crap!!

I am a firm believer that the Monday after Super Bowl Sunday should be a national holiday. I, too, ate more than my fair share of junk food (it was all fabulous; but not even remotely healthy). Last night, my tummy was NOT my friend...today, I'm so tired I can barely keep my eyes open.0
