Should I increase my calorie intake?

I have been using My Fitness Pal to log about 1700 calories a day eating. I also exercise 5-6 days a week, pretty hard so I'm guessing I burn at least 300 calories per workout. So, I net around 1400 calories most days. I feel hungry a lot, and my workouts are usually relatively intense -- cardio and weight training. I'm very nervous to eat more calories because I would be scared of gaining, but I'm wondering if I should. Any help?

I eat all my calories back that I earn. I am not going to be hungry, it makes me cranky. I have never gained a pound from eating them.

Hello I read an artical stating that you are suppose to eat your BMR or eat the calories that you burn. I could be wrong about the BMR thing though. I hope this helps!0
