Alright I don't see much on here about workouts so what is your favorite and how do you stay motivated to do it?
Right now my motivation is my doctor says I need to rebuild muscle tone lost from my last surgery before my next one. I am limited to what I can do, which is really hard for an ex athlete. So I can swim (2 times a week) and walk on the treadmill at 3.0 mph 2 times a week. In order to do this, that means I am up at 5 am before work, otherwise it does not happen.

Tabata ......It is high intensity intreval training and is how I managed to drop 60 pounds fast. Make sure you strech and warm well before trying. Go here tabatatraining.org for more info. I really worked for me.0

I know it's tough but whenever I do manage to get myself up for a jog or bike ride before work, I always feel WAY better that entire day! That's one thing that gets me motivated.
As for favorite workout -- Zumba! Super fun and high-energy.0 -
