Knee Concerns

Looking to get advice; after my usual session at the gym today I've started to get pain when bending my knees (mainly the right) when; going up and down stairs, walking on an incline and bending to pick up things. Due to travel arrangements I need to know tonight if I'm going in.
So I was wondering if it'd be worth going tomorrow or if I should let it rest as I do have two nine and a half hour shifts Wednesday/Thursday.
Opinions?
My work out sessions generally go; half an hour of resistance and weight training (relevantly including leg curls and presses), half an hour on the cross (elliptical) trainer and another half an hour on the treadmill on an incline. The cardio is interval training in a 1:1.5.

You should talk to a doctor. Knee problems are not to be trifled with.0
