Gained ~ 10 pounds, but same measurements.

Why is it that the scale has the power to make people feel like crap? I'm 5'6" and my mind thinks 142 pounds is heavy (I use to be 134 in November). :( My clothes fit the same, and my body still looks the same as well....

I don't know if I need to focus on weight loss or what my goal should be anymore. Trying to aim for 130 (my original goal) just seems ... I can't find the right word right now, but kind of silly.

Don't be a slave to the scales! You look really slim, fit and healthy. If you are the same measurements and your clothes fit well then it's more than likely to be muscle gain. Remember it weighs much more than fat. - some professional athletes would be overweight according their BMI! I know how the scales can make you feel like crap but it's more of a case of how you look and feel that matters and not always the scales.
