You have no idea how much of an inspiration you are to me. I am 5'4" and I started this at 217 pounds. That was in November of 2011. I didn't get real serious about losing weight until July of 2012. And even then I didn't do a lot of exercise. I just watched what I ate. Now I am 184 pounds and I think I have hit a plateau. I have really been thinking about quiting. Every week when I get on that scale and I don't see it move I want to cry and give up. The last two weeks I have added some light exercises into my daily routine but nothing really intense. Some days I just don't have the motivation. Other days I can't seem to stop. Hopefully that will balance itself out soon. Seeing your pictures and reading your article in the Huffington Post has given me more motivation. It lets me know that it is possible. Thank you!0
