tracking normal everyday activities/work?

Do you track your normal everyday activites like walking to work, walking at work, cleaning, etc?

I figured this would be included in my calorie recommendation when I joined MFP because I selected "active" since I work in a restaurant and am constantly on my feet. However MFP recommended me to stay on a 1200 calorie diet which worked to lose weight, but boy was I freaking hungry!! lol. So this month I've increased it twice (now @ 1550 which is close to my TDEE -20%), but certain days (like today) I was even more active at work than normal (sick calls, cutting hours, literally running.....).

So my question, should I log these? I figured I was going at AT LEAST a very brisk pace for 3 hours (it was a horrible day lol), so according to MFP that's another 950 calories... pretty significant lol :P

No, I probably wouldn't. If I have days I walk more than others, I don't log the extra. I only log what I intend to be exercise.
