Hey guys,
I want to try and do insanity however I work really long days and have to accomadate roommates so i'm worried i'll only be able to so it 2- 3 times a week.
I don't expect full results but do you think it is still worth it?
Thanks,
Emma

Honestly it's a lot of money to spend to only be able to do it 2-3 times a week. Is there something less expensive that you can do instead?0

Sure. IMO, it would be just like any other HIIT workout scheduled for that frequency. Just make sure you're adjusting your calorie intake each day appropriately.
Edited to add:
^^the poster above me does make an excellent point on the cost though.0 -
I got mine for like $60 on Ebay. You definitely won't get the same results, but of course you already know that. Still, I think its as good if not better than most classes taught at the Gym. Its actually a major time saver! The 1st 30 days of the workouts are all under 40 minutes. Going to the Gym is such a waste of time for me... the drive, shower, too much social time, locker room, etc, etc. I say go for it! Good Luck0
