Skinny fat - would love some help!

Hi! I'm hoping there are some people on here who might be able to help me. I'm what you would call "skinny fat". I'm 5'11 and weigh approximately 140 pounds (give or take a pound or two on any given day). I wear a size 4-6 depending on the brand and look fine in clothing. However, everything under those clothes is very squishy. I started a workout routine last week that goes as follows:
Monday - weight lifting (full body workout, heavy lifting, supersets)
Tuesday - cardio - usually HIIT for about 30 minutes
Wednesday - weight lifting (full body workout, heavy lifting, supersets)
Thursday - Barre class - love love love this class
Friday - weight lifting (full body workout, heavy lifting, supersets)
Saturday - rest
Sunday - Barre class
Will this be good to build some muscle and burn some fat? Am I doing enough cardio? I love the weight training and feel like it could count as cardio because of the supersets - I'm definitely out of breath while doing them. Any thoughts or tweaks on my plan would be much appreciated!
