On a mission to eat more! Some days I'm struggling.

I've joined this site to record my eating habits, eat more and lose weight. Currently weigh 138 lbs and would like to weigh 131 lbs or thereabouts. Bearing in mind I am a cyclist, racing and training......covering on average 200 miles a week I find my weight stays the same. Back in January 2009 I weighed 154 lbs so have made some progress and kept the weight off.

Health problems (I have M.E. and stomach problems) have prevented me from eating properly. Once I started a food diary I realised I was eating well under 1,000 calories per day so now I am on a mission to try and eat 1,500 calories a day to start with. I follow the 5:2 diet which is eating less on two days of the week and normally the other five days.
