I was using the LoseIt app and a few of my friends recommended this one, so here I am. Ive added my progress picture that i put together last summer. Im just getting back to it after last years injuries. Last summer I tore my plantar fasciitis during cross-fit, healed and sprained my acl doing a tough mudder, healed and re-tore my plantar prior to thanks giving. Ive put my little inner tube on my waist again and im reconditioning for the string of 5ks this summer and another tough mudder this thanks giving. Im always open to accountability and encouragement.

Seeing everyones successes here is an encouragement in itself.
