Hi there! I'm a type one diabetic and taking humalog (pump user). I had trouble losing weight at first, but had a little more luck after I readjusted my daily calorie intake (I had originally set myself up for 1,200 calories/day and found that when I put in my current weight and my height that I was supposed to be eating more calories per day) and exercised for at least 30 minutes (ideally an hour) per day. That has worked for me, but weight loss can vary. If you can, ask your endocrinologist if they can set up an appointment with a nutirionist - you can learn a lot about how you should be eating in order to lose weight that way.0
