Jillian Michaels Detox and Cleanse 14 day

Has anyone tried this Jillian Michaels Detox and Cleanse 14 day? I just stared on Sunday because I am very irregular. I am on day 4 and nothing. Just curious if it is supposed to be like that?

    I was just going to post something about that product! I keep seeing it on tv and hearing about it on the radio. I was curious if anyone has used it and if it helped or if you have seen any difference.

    ive done it and it made me feel better but i didnt neccesarily notice it helping me loose more weight, i love jillian though and plan on doing the detoxes in the future still

    i started the detox once. i was about 4 days in and got a terrible case of the stomach flu, and alas, did not finish. my digestive system was thoroughly cleansed. i was starting to feel better tho (pre-flu)
