Exercise Track - calories burns

Hi guys, well, it's silly I know, but here it goes: when I do my circuit training like RI30 or 30DS I feel 'cheating' if I set the full 25 minutes on my track because I take some breaks to breath or do the easy movements because some of them are hard to me, so I thing: well let's put 20minutes because the rest I wasn't doing really good due the breaks, easy things etc,etc...
Those things really affect the result of calories burn?
In my mind I think: better track a little bit less so I eat a little bit less calories at the end then track more and eat more calories that actually weren't burned.
Am I doing it wrong?
