Breakfast Ideas?

I am always running out the door right at the last second and don't have time to sit down and eat before I leave for work. Luckily, I work an office job and am able to have access to a microwave and can eat in my cubicle.
I'm not a huge fan of breakfast in the first place, but for the most part things like oatmeal and yogurt are an occassional thing for me...because the texture is a bit off to me too early in the morning.
Does anyone have any freeze and re-warm recipes for breakfast? Or any ideas on something new I could try that's not my typical cottage cheese and fruit?

I make these on Sunday and take 2 every morning to work to eat for breakfast. Paired with some coffee and maybe a yogurt, or whatever else you want, it's very filling. Typically I eat 2 of these, 1 cup of my favorite cereal (snack-wise) and a cup of coffee. Keeps me full until lunch!

1/8 cup refried beans (canned fat free rosarita) spread on 25 calories... microwave for half a minute...
3 egg whites cook in under 3 minutes in a non stick skillet... 50 calories You can always precook the night before and nuke it.
Tablespoon salsa your choice of brand... I usually make pico de gallo myself with no salt... under 10 calories

1 serve of rolled oats in a ziplock bag
1 apple
Cut up the apple into tiny pieces when I get to work and add to the oats... Splash of skim milk
yum!
Not as many calories as you might like, but can add yoghurt or cottage cheese to it too, which would be nice!0 -

^^ this...but I take it one step further and make egg white muffins. 1/4 c egg whites in in each part of a muffin tin, add any veggies you may want (onion, peppers, spinach, etc), a little bit of shredded cheese & salt & pepper and bake at 350 for 10-15 mins. I freeze them in packs of 2 and reheat at work. I also make pumpkin protein bars that are awesome for breakfast.0 -

I'm in the same boat, running out the door in the morning with zero to eat. I usually throw a mandarin or two or an apple in my bag and will eat that on the way or later on in the day for a snack. I also like Kashi's Go Lean bars or the Special K bars. They taste good and they're only like 120 calories (that's an approximation) but they're protein bars so they tide you over for quite a while.
I also just found some whole wheat frozen waffles at the grocery store that are 110 cals for two waffles. I throw those in the toaster, get ready, grab them and go. I'm not a big syrup fan anyway and the sweetness in the waffles is just enough for me.
I spend a lot of time eating on the train (or in the car), so I have to have stuff I can carry and eat. Nothing messy. So those are my suggestions.0
