I'm going out with friends to La Madeline for dinner. i have 600 calories to spend. Any suggestions?

    Chicken la Madeleine (approx. 580 calories)
    Tender breast of chicken with mushroom sauce served with Rice Provençal and steamed broccoli.

    Caesar salad with shredded hot chicken and their yummy light caesar dressing and the French onion soup are two of my favs. Their menu has calories listed for many dishes. Lots of choices! No worries.

    I haven't been to La Madeline for dinner in a long time. I usually go for coffee and desert only.

    I ended up getting :

    Chicken Crépe Riviera, Slim (490 calories) <- ate 3/4 of it, it's very filling and it's a lot of food! i took home the remaining 1/4 of food.
    Water
    Strawberry Cheesecake Parfait (190 calories)
    Coffee w/half and half

    I walked a little afterwards, so as to make up for the extra few calories.
