Ehm 8 biscuits.
Then I felt bad and worked my wee bum off and realised that I didn't want to eat biscuits anymore. Well, I do, but the mentality behind them isn't good. Also, biscuits for me are like kryptonite to Superman - can't stop at one and it will eventually kill me (or my diet change).
