Been on 1230 ish and not losing weight?

Hi everyone
So I've been eating around the 1230 calorie goal that MFP has set for me for a few weeks now and I have stayed the same weight for almost three weeks now (lost 0.3 lbs last week only). I understand that this has something to do with my BMR and TDEE, but I've been researching this and I don't think I quiet get it yet...
Plugging in the numbers, I get 1835.15 as my BMR, and 2202.6 as my TDEE.
I would like to know what Im supposed to be eating, I have read that you are not supposed to go below your BMR, but I've also read that MFP set it to 1230 to create that 1000 cal deficit per day so I end up losing 2 lb/week, and I've also read that to lose weight I have to eat below my TDEE-20% which is 1762.08 cal which is also below my BMR?. WHICH THEORY IS CORRECT? Please help!

I'm eating 1200-1800 calories a day, my BMR is 2000 calories a day. I exercise Monday-Friday about 500-1000 calories a day. I'm losing about 2 pounds a week like this.
most days my calorie intake is 1400-1800
