Okay so when I first started this I was only counting my callories and doing two hours a day of cardio one hour in the morning and one in the the afternoon or night. I would lose about 1-4 pounds a week mostly 2 pounds.
Then about 9 weeks ago I starting a program on bodybuilding.com the live fit program I didn't loose any weight during the first 8 weeks instead I stayed the same weight going up and down around my time of the month but basicly stayed at 173lbs. I didn't change much on my meshurments ether. The last week I lost 1lbs and some inches.
So I don't know if I should just do the remaining 4 weeks and see if I'll start seeing a change, or if I should just quit it right now and go back to what I was doing before. I know I won't be losing the big number I was before because I am smaller now and it doesn't come off as easy.
I am going to get my BMI messured tomorow and see if any thing has changed there I was at 38% body fat when I started the program.
What do you guys think I should do? finish the program or just start some thing else.

I would see it out till the end. Whats the worst? no change, at that point you could go back to what you were doing, or try something new.0

I would say stick with it. At the end you can make a decision then to continue along the same line, go back to before or start a new program.0

I did the BMI today and I lost a pound in body mass and less then a poned in fat mass% the technician had the gaul to say I could avode losing body mass if I would workout. I work out for about 1-2hr 6 days a week lifting weights and only a half hour of that is cardio. Granted I'm not eatting as much protien as I probably should and that is probably a big factor.
So I think I'm done with this program, not completly thought the weight lifting is still nice I just wont be doing as much.0
