ahhh help!!!! I missed lunch!

I need some diet guidance. I missed lunch today because I was at work and didn't get any break long enough to eat it (already made it last night). It is my biggest meal of the day (414 calories out of 1200). So I just got home, I have my uneaten lunch still. Do I eat it along with my dinner (around 289 calories) or do I do one or the other? I want to give my body time to metabolize and I am not sure I should eat a 700 calorie meal all at one. Any help would be appreciated.

    Personally, I would eat both and then go for a walk. The walk will help speed up your metabolism.

    I agree, would eat both and then do a light workout, or walk /jog as already recommended.

    I'd eat the lunch first since it's bigger and then the dinner a few hours later - I go to bed late so I'd have that luxury of waiting and I typically get hungry later in the evenings anyway.
