I have been following my calorie limit and exercising, but i have only lost 2 inches and no weight and its has been 3 weeks. Any ideas or helpp?? Would really love the advice! And friendss!

I looked at your diary- you eat a lot of processed foods. That's an awful lot of sodium! Try eating more whole foods- veggies, fruits, whole grains (brown rice, whole wheat bread, whole wheat pasta, sweet potatoes, anything NOT white), lean proteins (fish, chicken, low fat cheese, peanut butter, yogurt). Cut out the processed foods (saltines, pizza- maybe every now and then as a treat), that kind of stuff. Make sure you're getting plenty of water.0
