MFP said I burn like 281 calories "strength training", I train hard as hell and heavy, with alot of supersets. Most weightlifting sites say i'm burning around 446 based on my workout??? I am a hardgainer so I need to get my caloric expenditure precise. Help!!!!!!!!!!!!

It's hard to estimate due to rest between sets, effort during sets, etc.
Lift normally, wait two weeks, and adjust caloric intake accordingly.0 -
use a heart rate monitor0

Unless you are doing circuit training, supersetting the entire workout, etc. a HRM will overestimate calories burned.
To reiterate, eat consistently for two weeks, check for progress, adjust accordingly.0
