Pacing?

My dorm room is suite style, meaning one living area, four residents, four rooms. My room is pretty small. Shifting furniture around, I barely have room to do push-ups, but definitely not any exercise videos. My roommates are constantly watching the television in the main living area, and it's not my television to claim, so that's out. The gym is always packed by the athletes, and our campus isn't exactly good for running.

As a result, my main form of exercise has been pacing in my room. I'll play some music, let myself zone out, and just walk back and forth. It sounds ridiculous, but it's actually become a little bit of a ritual. I stretch a bit before hand, do some lunges and random exercises in between, and use ten pound dumbbells afterwards. It's not much, and it's not nearly as much as I should be doing. I know that.

My question is, is it enough to consume back calories? I'm pretty sure Myfitnesspal overestimates the calories burned, so I put 50 minutes for every 60 minutes spent pacing.
