Does anyone else find it difficult to eat <300?! I'm eating healthy and I can't seem to eat under the recommended mark, at least it's not super high, right?

I don't monitor how much cholesterol I eat and I eat a lot of eggs and fats that are saturated fats.

My blood numbers are better than they have been in years.

Eating cholesterol doesn't mean you will have raised your cholesterol.

Cholesterol in diet only translates to blood cholesterol in a small margin of people. Those people need to watch their cholesterol intake moreso than the majority.

Cholesterol, like fat, in the food does not translate to cholesterol in you.
I don't track it at all. I eat lots of whole eggs, pork, steak, lamb, chicken with the skin, cheese. In the first 8 months eating that way my cholesterol and triglycerides dropped 30%. Blood glucose dropped well into the normal range from being pre-diabetic.

Yay for chicken with the skin on!!!! Love it. My cholesterol levels dropped to normal too just by losing weight and walking, didn't stop eating chicken with yummy crispy skin!
