Does anyone else find it difficult to eat <300?! I'm eating healthy and I can't seem to eat under the recommended mark, at least it's not super high, right?

I don't monitor how much cholesterol I eat and I eat a lot of eggs and fats that are saturated fats.
My blood numbers are better than they have been in years.0 -
Eating cholesterol doesn't mean you will have raised your cholesterol.0

Cholesterol in diet only translates to blood cholesterol in a small margin of people. Those people need to watch their cholesterol intake moreso than the majority.0

Cholesterol, like fat, in the food does not translate to cholesterol in you.
I don't track it at all. I eat lots of whole eggs, pork, steak, lamb, chicken with the skin, cheese. In the first 8 months eating that way my cholesterol and triglycerides dropped 30%. Blood glucose dropped well into the normal range from being pre-diabetic.0 -

Yay for chicken with the skin on!!!! Love it. My cholesterol levels dropped to normal too just by losing weight and walking, didn't stop eating chicken with yummy crispy skin!0
