Hello:) I am new and looking for support and friendship...

I started an account on here in 2011 but never stuck with it. I'm not doing well at all on my own and need the help an support of this group! I joined a gym from sept to nov, and worked w a private trainer there. I went 5 days a week, in which we did weight training and tabatas and cardio. I did see some toning, but lost only 2-3 lbs. Then, I had to quit the gym to homeschool my son. I still worked out 6 days a week, either on the elliptical, walk/runs, or doing a Jillian shred workout. Around Christmas time I just quit everything because I wasn't losing a pound. I was watching what I ate, trying to keep calories at 1400-1600. Since I quit working out I have a lot more cellulite back in my arms and legs. My tummy looks 5 months pg. I'm 5'4" and now weigh around 155. 8 years ago before I quit smoking and turned 30, I weighed around 120-125. I have been in weight watchers, tracked calories, tried fad diets, and am so tired of feeling fat! I dont know if I should try clean eating or count calories or low carb or try eliminating dairy and/or wheat?! Am I beyond hope?! Anyone out there who can help? Thanks for letting me vent :-). P.S. My husband wants to go to Florida in March, possibly, and I want to be feeling positive about myself by then so I can enjoy myself.

Hi there! I'm also a homeschooler! :) Would love to have you on my friends list!

Actually, anyone is free to add me. I need more supportive friends!
  • Hello I joined a year ago, but didn't keep up with the tracking. This christmas family got together and one of the family member didn't give up and she was 20 pounds lighter. I wish I had worked out as much as you, but I'm back and doing my tracking and with time we will see a change. Try the Nutribullet my sister lost 17 pounds doing two shakes a day and one meal, I think that will give you a jump start for your March trip.:drinker:
