Depends on the person, and the type of workout. Really, just choose whichever suits you.
There's some research into "fasted cardio" ie cardio on an empty stomach, and for already very fit people, this can make a little bit of difference to the fat they use. But for most of us, that difference is miniscule.
I find I'm OK going for a jog before breakfast, but if I'm doing any strength or lifting then I get dizzy unless I've eaten a little something beforehand.0 -
If I have protein before workout its ok for me. If I have any carbs or fats I feel tired during the workout.0
