What delays your progress?

Options
I want to improve my health, look better, feel better, be happier, be healtier.

BUT

I find myself getting into comfortable luls, nights in, snacks, wine, bread, nights on the couch instead of cross trainer....

...I know I could do better - often i prefer salads to sandwiches...walks to driving....

My question is....What do you find slows your own progress, what things delay what you want to achieve and know you can do?

I keep thinking I've found my motivation/how to ignore the latest excuse to make me achieve what I want...then i find myself starting...AGAIN!

I've lost a fair bit...but recently i keep flicking up a few lb down a few lb...I wanna kick this stone bracked in the nads and get back on track...I'm just really struggling with myself!
