Now, how do I kick it back? I've got 3-4 days before I want to weigh in again. I've eaten pretty much to stay at a net zero ....maybe even gained a bit :grumble:

I've been sick with a cough/cold/chest thingy since Tuesday. I've been tired, so I just lay around a lot. *sigh*

What do I tell myself/make myself do so I don't feel like this week and maybe even the week before it, is a total loss???

Just tell yourself that your body deserved a rest. There's nothing worse than trying to slog through a workout when you are sick. Get well and go at it hard and strong when you are feeling better!!
Remember it's not how many times you fall down that counts...it's getting back up again that's important.

    Hang in there!:drinker:

Totally agree with GTO. Being sick really threw me off track, and it does to anyone. Your weigh in may not be where you want it to be, but, better to be a pound or two higher, than to have not taken care of yourself and still be sick. You'll get it back....you seem determined and have a positive attitude.
Take care! Hope you're feeling better!
