Hi I'm Sarah, new here, looking to loose some weight a is everyone lol, .... I def need some sport.
I am on my feet for 10+ hours a day @work and i run a Burger king so temptation is smacking me in the face all day
Every day and i don't eat fried food so that helps but I'm busy all day so I'm lucky of i eat but i do scarf down a Burger our chicken sandwich each day, and just recently started having really awful knee pain and found out i have no cartilage in my kneeso the work ours i was doing i can't do anymore and i have gained all the weight i lost 35 lbs so i need some help and advice
I want to loose it all again, but I'm up @ 3 am every day for work i work at bk and my knee hurts all the time
So i am feeling defeated and fat and tired. ...
However, i have beautiful kids a fantastic husbands and wonderful family and friends
