Cross Fitness??? Does anyone else do this???

I do cross fitness twice a week and watch my calories....I must be doing something wrong....Not losing...Just staying the same....I know that i must have gained muscle...Someone help??? Maybe i need more cardio...I walk the dog twice a day 15 min at a time....
