I find this app very useful in monitoring my calorie intake. I however am not trying to lose weight. I am working towards putting on 35lbs. by the end of the year. I am currently at 18% bf and would like to gradually reduce that to 10% by the time I have finished gaining at the end of the year. It will be a combination of diet and excercise at the gym to reach this goal.
