plateau

I've been stuck at a plateau the last month or two- I've been working out almost every day ( Sunday is my rest day most often ) and still have been eating exactly how I lost the first 10 pounds! Does anyone have any advice on how to begin the weight loss process again?
Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!

    I have not survived a plateau yet, but people are going to want more information about what and how much you're eating, how much you're burning with exercise, what your goals are, etc.
