Nausea all of a sudden during Workouts

Hi everyone,
I'm completely at a loss at why this is happening. I've been working out for 2 years, consistently about an hour a day, 5 days a week. All of a sudden, within the last two weeks, nearly every single time I work out, I get nauseous. Not just after my workout, but during it as well.
Morning workouts, afternoon workouts, food before, no food before, lots of water before, limited water before, small snack before, even different classes are making me sick. I get nauseous in Pilates, and I get nauseous on the elliptical. I get nauseous during personal training, I get nauseous during stretching.
I haven't even changed my eating habits or anything from what they have been (which have been good). I have no idea what's up. Anyone have any ideas?
Thanks
And no, before someone says it, I can't be pregnant.

I've experienced this before for two different reason... once was not having enough sodium in my diet, almost like a diabetic but instead salt... and then, if I get water on my ears, without knowing it, randomly I'll just get really sick when working out. If it continues, I would def contact your doctor, it may be something simple they can help you out with. Good luck!!0

Thanks. I just looked at my sodium, it was always at about 2500. I like soy sauce on my rice. Can't stand the low sodium stuff.
But yeah, I'm thinking if it keeps happening, a doctors visit will be in order.0
