    Metro Detroit area here. And exercise in the cold? Ha - stationary bike in my basement is a godsend. Plus DVDs (including Jillian Michaels) to kick my *kitten* :wink:

    I'm in Sterling Heights/Macomb County:) Went sledding and hiking last weekend at some park in Dryden. I usually try to at least get out on the weekends and do some hiking.

    Kalamazoo here...Yeah it's cold. I workout indoors this time of year. Cold air tends to bother my asthma, so DVDs and Zumba classes keep me active. Once it gets above 50 degrees I want to start C25K. Hate running on the treadmill.
