Any other women doing Body Beast??

I'm just starting week 3 and I LOVE IT!! I love lifting heavy tho. I completed ChaLEAN Extreme almost 2yrs ago, which got me into lifting heavy. I've also completed NROL4W and Jamie Eason's LiveFit Trainer, so I'm loving this program. I'd love some other female friends doing BodyBeast too. Anyone??

Hi :) I just started week 4 yesterday. I fell in love with this program as soon as I tried it. Bulk legs today was a killer, I think it is a lil more intense than Build Legs, I hate it and love it . I was doing the weight machines at the gym for a couple of months and it was just kind of meh. But now I find myself myself pushing just a little bit more each week. How do you like the program so far? I was so excited to see your ost because I have not found any other women currently doing Body Beast

How long are the individual workouts? Like ChaLean Extreme? 30-40 minutes??

Most of the workouts are in that range except for two which are 48-50 min long, but you only do them once a week each and the time flies by as you are working out ;)
  • I have not heard about these. Can you post more info? Can you buy online?

    Thanks!

It is a Beachbody workout. It just came out last year. There is a bunch of information about it on all over the internet which is how I found it. I prefer working out at home so was looking for a strength program that did not require me to buy a lot of equipment. I like how every workout seems to go fast and I do truly feel "worked out" afterwards :) and i have yet to say I don't want to do this anymore. I don't know about the supplements as I do not use them.
