Gaining on scale and all over too:(

OK I know its early days. I've been doing the roadmap a little over a week. Since the beginning of the year I've been doing LM Pump and C25K since (since 1/2/13)
I've gained 4 lbs tis week and my clothes are a little tight. I'm 5'4 and need to loose 10---well now 14
HEYBALES and Dan have checked my macros and over all numbers for me so no errors there----
I'm slowy integrating carbs back into my diiet since I usually never ate them except for sometimes a weekly treat. For the last year I followed the MFP rec of 1200 with ocassionally going over. Starving all the time I might add!
I did go over Friday (338) and Sunday (220) this week (birthday party and Superbowl. My goal each day is 1649 abnd I am not eating back my exercise. .
I rarely eat any precooked or prepackaged food and try to eat clean---no cookies, candies etc.
I'm going to stick with it---any thoughts????
