Meal Replacement Shakes

I am thinking of trying these. Anyone know of what the better ones are? Does anyone have any great recipes to make them at home (if possible)?

Like pre-packaged? Because in a pinch I like the GNC Lean25. Yeah, it is over priced, but heck, it is the one I like.

    Or a make your own?

1 cup fat free greek yogurt, 2 tablespoons of peanut or other nut butters, and a cup to a cup and a half of your favorite fruits and veggies (about the only veggie I can tolerate in them is carrots, YMMV) pre-pureed. You can add in some milk, juice or water to thin it down if the pureed fruits and veggies don't thin it down enough for your tastes.

This works pretty well as a meal replacement because it has a decent amount of calories, and a mix of protein, fat, and carbohydrates.
