Sugar Intake

I was wondering who else tracks their sugar intake. I have my diary set up to show me: Calories (duh), Carbs, Fat, Protein, Fiber & Sugar. And on several occasions I've noticed that I go WAY over the allotted sugar intake....sometime before dinner. And this is not me sprinkling sugar on things. It's usually from fruit or milk. So, should I really be focusing on this? It's the added sugar that's usually the culprit for folks because it's usually consumed without fiber to help digest it (or something like that....read that somewhere, lol)
Just looking for some clarification.

It seems like I always go over my sugar limit, but as long as it is mostly from fruit or other natural foods, I don't let it worry me.0

I have the same issue, I am usually way over by lunchtime, on account of eating fruit.
1 apple and 1 grapefruit puts me over for the day.
I've been told by folks on here to not worry about fruit sugars so I take them out of the equation
and am usually way under because I stay away from processed foods and sugars in general.0
