    Great job everyone....can't wait to get to my after shots. I hold alot of weight in my face and losing the weight makes a ton (pun intended) of difference :happy:

    I too have Hypothyroidism, caused by Hashimoto's Thyroiditis. I started my weight loss journey September 12th 2012. As of today I'm down 69 pounds.

    About 185 in 2006, just after starting to lose from my high weight of 192 or so. This is my official "fat picture".

    Not exactly just a face comparison, but you can tell a difference. The first one was August of 2012, the second was in November 2012. Not sure how much I lost, because I wasn't tracking like I am now. :) \

    OK, so I've seen threads such as this before, but still thought I'd start another. lol My good MFP friend Dawn posted her picture this morning, prompting me to a find a true "before" picture from 2010, around the time I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism. My high weight, at the doctor's, for that period was 186 lbs. I lost almost 40 lbs that year, getting down to around 150 lbs. I then slacked off of diet and exercise the following summer, and, of course gained back some weight. These two photos just show the difference between my heaviest and now, which is the lightest I've been in a ridiculous number of years. I weigh around 137 lbs now, so this is a difference of between 45-50 lbs, as I'm not sure exactly what I weighed in the first photo.

    Please post your face comparisons, too. :happy:

    You're kidding, right? I can see a big difference in your face. Is the hair color being so different maybe distorting your view? Your face is MUCH slimmer now than in your before picture, though you were beautiful then as well.
