No sweat...

I walked 30 minutes for lunch, and although I got my heart rate up, I didn't sweat. I always thought the more I sweat the more I lose. Is there any truth to that?

I have lost almost 10 pounds but am thinking I would lose more if I could sweat more. I am not saying I don't sweat but, I guess as I am concerned, I don''t sweat alot.
