What are you giving up for the 40 days before Easter?

Every year I give up sugar and carbs and successfully get through the 40 days of Lent but this year I wanted to give up sugar and possibly junk food for Lent as well as long term. I need suggestions on what I can replace the junk food and sugar with healthy food wise. I don't want to feel like I have limited choices with what I can replace the sugar and junk food with long term...

Add me and help me stay motivated when I cut out the sugar and junk food please :)
