So started 30 Day Shred today (again!), nice to see so many people on MFP started today also....Hopefully you guys will inspire me to complete the 30 days....Good luck to you all

    I'm in the same boat. I've been through the 30 day shred challenge and gave up on it before but now I'm back with a vengeance :). Now I'm in the 8th day on Level 2 and can see and feel the results. Dreading Level 3 though lol. Wishing you the best of luck!
