Baby pooch!!

Hi all! this is my first post! Basically i was wondering if anybody had any tips on good excercises to help get rid of the baby pooch, you know the bit under your belly button you cant seem to get rid of after having babies! i have had 3 babies soo i need a miracle for it to be flat again! ive been doing the 30 day shred i start level 3 tomorrow and alongside that ive been doing extreme shed and shred level 1 which i started yest! i also go to the gym! so any good tips would be fab!! thanks in advance xx

    you can't target/spot reduce.
    eat at a calorie deficit and consider lifting heavy.

  • I wish I could help you, I have had 3 kids it went away after the first 2 but know no matter what I do it's not going completely away. I have even had laser lipo got rid of just a little bit, I have even had trainiers say just keep wotking on it that's the hardest area for women to get rid of without getting cut.
  • ahh i know its a long shot!! yes i lift heavy and i am currently on a calorie deficit!! well if it doesnt go im proud of what my pooch produced hahaha x

    Then the only other thing I would add to the equation is patience. :) Worst case scenario, you just get stronger until the pooch goes away.
