Which is the music track you listen to that somehow magically raises the tempo and enthusiasm of your workout ?

    I listen to Hard Rock! I mean HARD rock when I run. It gets my legs moving and my mind focuses on breathing to the beat of the music and the timing of my steps. I am one who NEEDS this to run. I tried just watching TV when on the treadmill but it doesnt work, I have to listen to my music AND watch TV lol.
