Hey guys

Hey guys!! Im Alaric and im on a total body transformation. At my biggest (3 weeks ago haha) i was 6'3 and 240 lbs. Since then ive implemented a diet change and incorporated a good diet. So far ive lost 17 lbs and im not stopping anytime soon. Im new to the Myfitnesspal but its a great tool and it helps me stay on track.

Also maybe someone can help me real quick. My goal calories are 1800 and i eat roughly 1500 and im full. Although some days im full at 12-1300 and i have to force myself to eat something to hit my 1500. Is it really bad if im full at 1300?
