Hey folks. I went to TW last night and before we got there, I tried to do my homework so I would know which meal wouldn't torpedo my day. Try as I might, I looked all over the web for a nutritional guide for TW and couldn't find one. I saw various posts about how many calories a particular item might be but nothing like I'm used to. I even asked the waitress for the nutrition menu and she looked at me like I was asking if she wanted to have my baby.
I ended up just getting the sizzling chicken fajita salad with the cheese (2oz) on the side and no dressing. I chalked it up to 380 calories (chicken and cheese) and I drank water. No chips or salsa. Any ideas why they don't provide a nutrition menu?
