Might be getting a cold.

I might be getting a cold. I have had a sore throat for 3 days but no change.
Do I keep working out until I know for sure? Or do I take a break from exercising and go ahead and give my body some time to fight any potential infection?

    I am at the tail-end of a full-blown cold. I have not had the energy to get up to exercise. All I want to do is sleep. Probably the best thing for your body right now, is the rest. Just my opinion. I will be back at the gym tomorrow or Thursday, depending on how I am feeling.
