Workout input question.

I'm curious how you would enter in, say, a P90X workout. I do not have a fitbit or body monitor, so I'm trying to see what everyone would suggest when it comes to entering in workouts. Lets say I do PlyoX today, would you consider that as an "Aerobics, high impact" workout?
