Anyone doing normal for 5 days extra good for 2 days?

Hi :) is anyone doing this new diet where you eat normal but I guess in moderation for 5 days and then eat about 500-700 calories a day for the remaining 2 days...... Im debating it this week eating normal Friday - Tuesday then being extra good on Wednesday and Thursday!
My problem is what exactly do I eat for those 2 good days for the life of me except for salsa I cannot think of any LOW cal foods!! and all these articles online only contradict themselves..... HELP NEEDED! lol
