What was the straw that broke the camel's back for you? I know we start and stop diets all of the time, but what made you say I will finish this time? Just looking for a little motivation because I always stop my diets but I really want to get serious.

    I don't "diet" (as a verb). I am living a lifestyle I can maintain forever-said lifestyle includes some exercise, mostly healthy foods, and a fair dose of "crappy" food. I have no diet to stop, and I haven't restricted things such that I feel like I am deprived (and resentful and leading myself to have a pan of brownies rather than just having one brownie from the get go). I didn't have a breaking point to start this-it was an accident really.
